THEME OF THE NIGHT: After Hours

It turns out that After Hours stories can be both dramatic or hilarious when the right person with the right story is on the couch. Plus, the locations were unexpectedly widespread; we heard After Hours stories that occurred in Pakistan, St Petersburg, Russia, Germany, the Mururoa Atoll, Wellington in the 60’s 70’s and 90’s, the Nullarbor, a local bar, and three, distinct Nelson areas.

Jo and Ro announced that Ro has decided to end her role with Couch Stories to allow herself the space to enter a new chapter in her life.

​Jo is committed to carry on bringing our local stories to the Nelson Arts Festival audience. Work has already begun on the October 2020 show.
