CELEBRATING SIX YEARS OF GREAT STORYTELLING!
Festival Mainstage, Founder's Park
The Nelson Arts Festival , 16th October 2018
On this night we celebrated the sixth year of Couch Stories held in conjunction with The Nelson Arts Festival that included a move to a larger venue, The Festival Mainstage at Founder's Park. All ten thoughtfully selected men and women were alumni Couch Stories storytellers who were given another opportunity to tell one of their favourite stories to an enthusiastic audience of nearly 400 people.
Stories on the night included a disaster in Morocco, a babysitting mishap, misadventures in the Tasman Sea, hippy days in Kaikoura and an economic stimulant called Radical Generosity.
