A current Prime Minister and a former Prime Minister of New Zealand, telling their story in Nelson in 2014
The Rt. Hon Chris Hipkins became Prime Minister of New Zealand in January 2023.
In 2014, he was the Spokesperson for Education for the Labour Party. Chris gives examples as to why no one wants to go on holiday with him.
Former New Zealand Prime Minster, Jacinda Ardern represented Central Auckland for the Labour Party in 2014. She was also a spokesperson for four portfolios. Jacinda's story features her great, great grandmother who arrived in New Zealand in 1872. Under her trench coat, (pictured) she is wearing her great, great grandmother's long distance-fast walking costume...fast walking was a thing and JAcinda's great, great grandmother earned quite a bit of fame!
